house boasts the most spectacular, unobstructed view of the sea. The home
has 4 bedrooms
and 4 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are en-suite both with full bathrooms, third
bathroom is full
and upstairs where the third bedroom is situated and the fourth bathroom
(shower, WC and
hand basin) is downstairs where the fourth bedroom is situated. Three
bedrooms with
double beds and the fourth has twin beds. Upstairs - is the entrance of the
home with a
formal lounge and TV and a half size lounge looking out at the sea.
Diningroom,
three of the
bedrooms and bathrooms and a full kitchen excluding a tumble drier.
Downstairs - has a lounge area leading out to the pool and a small kitchenette,
bedroom and
shower bathroom,
2 free standing braais. Lovely pool area with wooden deck.
The built in braai is at the entrance on the upper level. Remote control
double garage at road
level. There's a
separate 2-bedroom self-contained cottage above the garage.
