to the beach from the house, along a little path in about 10 minutes, but returning
up the
mountainside could take you 20 minutes.
Upper Level has main lounge with bar area and dining area. Also on this
level is
the main bedroom en-suite with a king size bed, a guest suite with king size bed,
small sitting area leading to balcony and bathroom. Also a study, which can be
converted
into a (5th) bedroom, when required.
Downstairs Level: has two bedrooms (each with a double bed), one en-suite
and a separate family bathroom. Modern eat-in kitchen with granite tops, double
eye level oven, hob, dishwasher, laundry (all modern built-in conveniences
and appliances). The kitchen leads out to a sheltered outdoor entertainment
area with
pizza oven and barbecue. There is a lovely garden and a sparkling pool.
